Orchard GB was founded by Abdul Aziz Barazi. After many
years of working with thousands of business owners, managers
and employees he had one clear goal: to give life back to
the people involved within the business. His experience of
dealing with business owners led him to the creation of his
vision: a global entity, dedicated to the enhancement of
business, with the ultimate goal of improving peoples lives.

Bob Maskall has over 30 years experience in the Royal Air Force flying single-seat fighters and instructing high calibre people to achieve their dreams and aspirations as well as perform to their best. Having flown all over the world from Iraq to Canada in over 20 different aircraft types and with many of the worlds air forces he is no stranger to leadership; the good and the bad. He has used this experience to develop a Leadership training methods to bring out the best in those around him.

Delia
Quigley draws on her experience as a business
consultant and qualified trainer to deliver meaningful
and useful courses. She is currently concentrating on
Sustainable Development as she believes this to be an
exceptionally important topic, helping businesses
survive today and giving them the tools to make sure
they are still here tomorrow. This course supports
owners and managers to develop an action plan for their
organisation based on the information and skills they
develop in the workshop – giving them tangible benefits
to take away from the day and forming a basis for
further development of their new knowledge and skills.
Managing for Sustainable Development helps participants become better equipped to take their business organisation forward during challenging times.
